Thí sinh tham dự Kỳ thi đánh giá tư duy của Trường ĐH Bách khoa Hà Nội.
Bảo đảm công khai minh bạch trong quá trình tuyển sinh
Thí sinh được hưởng lợi nhiều nhất trong việc thực hiện thuận tiện các thủ tục trên hệ thống trực tuyến, đồng thời được bảo đảm cơ hội trúng tuyển cao nhất vào ngành học, trường học theo nguyện vọng và năng lực.
Theo GS.TSKH Nguyễn Đình Đức, Trưởng Ban đào tạo (Đại học Quốc gia Hà Nội), tuyển sinh đại học, cao đẳng giáo dục mầm non năm 2022 có nhiều đổi mới. Điển hình nhất là số hóa trong công tác tuyển sinh.
Theo đó, tất cả các phương thức xét tuyển đều được lọc ảo chung. Cách làm này đã tạo thuận lợi cho thí sinh, bảo đảm công khai minh bạch trong quá trình tuyển sinh. Năm 2022 cũng là năm mà các trường thành viên của Đại học Quốc gia Hà Nội tuyển sinh thành công.
- Lê Trường Tùng, Chủ tịch Hội đồng Trường Đại học FPT nhìn nhận, nhờ ứng dụng công nghệ, chuyển đổi số trong tuyển sinh, mà điểm nhấn là lọc ảo chung tất cả các phương thức xét tuyển nên tỉ lệ thí sinh ảo đã giảm đáng kể. Ước tính giảm khoảng 4-5% so với năm trước.
Đồng quan điểm, PGS.TS Đào Đăng Phượng, Hiệu trưởng Trường Đại học Sư phạm Nghệ thuật Trung ương đánh giá cao việc ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin vào tuyển sinh đại học, cao đẳng. Những năm trước, tỉ lệ thí sinh ảo khá lớn nên các trường khá vất vả.
Năm nay, với những nỗ lực của Bộ GDĐT trong việc chuyển đổi số đã giúp các trường tuyển sinh khá tốt, đạt được kết quả và mục tiêu đề ra. Đơn cử như Trường Đại học Sư phạm Nghệ thuật Trung ương xác định được gần như chính xác số thí sinh đăng ký xét tuyển vào trường, số thí sinh trúng tuyển và số thí sinh xác nhận nhập học vào trường.
Nên giới hạn một số phương thức xét tuyển trong năm 2023 để tránh sai sót
Nhấn mạnh, tuyển sinh đại học, cao đẳng giáo dục mầm non được dư luận đánh giá cao, TS. Võ Thanh Hải, Phó Hiệu trưởng Trường Đại học Duy Tân (Đà Nẵng) cho rằng, những thành công trong mùa tuyển sinh năm nay đã được nhận diện. Tuy nhiên, cũng cần đồng nhất dữ liệu để các trường xét tuyển nhanh hơn.
- Võ Thanh Hải viện dẫn, hiện có khoảng 18-20 phương thức xét tuyển. Tuy nhiên, có 2 phương thức được thí sinh lựa chọn chủ yếu để xác nhận nhập học là: Xét tuyển dựa vào kết quả thi tốt nghiệp THPT và xét học bạ THPT. Tỷ lệ nhập học của 2 phương thức này là 88,6%.
Từ thực trạng này, TS. Võ Thanh Hải đề xuất, nên chăng, giới hạn lại một số phương thức xét tuyển trong năm 2023 để tránh sai sót.
Thí sinh tham dự Kỳ thi đánh giá tư duy của Trường ĐH Bách khoa Hà Nội.
Năm 2022: Chủ yếu xét tuyển bằng kết quả thi tốt nghiệp và học bạ
Theo thống kê của Vụ Giáo dục đại học (Bộ GDĐT), trong 18 phương thức xét tuyển thì phương thức xét kết quả thi tốt nghiệp THPT và xét kết quả học tập cấp THPT (học bạ) có tỷ lệ nhập học nhiều nhất.
Cụ thể như sau:

16 phương thức còn lại có tỷ lệ nhập học thấp. Trong đó, có một số phương thức có kết quả tỷ lệ nhập học là 0%.
“Nhìn tổng thể, hệ thống tuyển sinh năm nay là một ví dụ tiêu biểu, đột phá cho chuyển đổi số trong ngành, tiên phong thực hiện chủ trương của Đảng, Quốc hội và Chính phủ”, PGS.TS Nguyễn Thu Thủy nhận định.
PGS.TS Nguyễn Thu Thủy cho biết, tuyển sinh 2022 có một số điều chỉnh kỹ thuật, tăng cường ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin nhằm tạo thuận lợi và bảo đảm quyền lợi công bằng cho thí sinh và các cơ sở đào tạo.
Theo đó, toàn bộ quy trình đăng ký dự tuyển, thanh toán lệ phí, tổ chức xét tuyển và xử lý nguyện vọng, xác nhận nhập học được thực hiện trực tuyến trên hệ thống hỗ trợ tuyển sinh chung.
Thí sinh được đăng ký nguyện vọng vào nhiều ngành, nhiều trường khác nhau, sau khi đã biết kết quả thi tốt nghiệp THPT và đã biết ngưỡng điểm xét tuyển do các cơ sở đào tạo công bố. Tất cả nguyện vọng của thí sinh trong đợt xét tuyển chính (đợt 1) được xử lý tập trung trên hệ thống để xác định ngành và trường mà thí sinh trúng tuyển theo nguyện vọng ưu tiên cao nhất.
Các cơ sở đào tạo có dữ liệu về kết quả thi tốt nghiệp THPT, kết quả học tập bậc THPT và thông tin về ưu tiên khu vực, đối tượng của thí sinh trên Hệ thống để xét tuyển.
Các trường được cạnh tranh bình đẳng và minh bạch để lựa chọn thí sinh phù hợp nhất. Tỉ lệ thí sinh ảo giảm mạnh, các cơ sở đào tạo tuyển được số lượng sát hơn với chỉ tiêu đã công bố.
Bộ GDĐT có dữ liệu đầy đủ, kịp thời và tin cậy về tuyển sinh của tất cả cơ sở đào tạo phục vụ nâng cao hiệu quả, hiệu lực quản lý nhà nước. Đồng thời hỗ trợ các cơ sở đào tạo điều chỉnh chiến lược và phương thức tuyển sinh.

Tuyển sinh đại học năm 2023 cơ bản sẽ giữ ổn định như năm 2022
Trao đổi về công tác tuyển sinh năm 2023 và các năm tiếp theo, PGS.TS Nguyễn Thu Thủy cho biết, về cơ bản sẽ giữ ổn định như năm 2022. Đồng thời tăng cường một số giải pháp về mặt kỹ thuật nhằm hỗ trợ tốt hơn cho công tác tuyển sinh của các cơ sở đào tạo và hỗ trợ tốt hơn cho các thí sinh trong quá trình xét tuyển.
Bộ GDĐT sẽ chỉ đạo, hướng dẫn các cơ sở đào tạo rà soát các phương thức xét tuyển hiệu quả, không sử dụng các phương thức không phù hợp, không hiệu quả và không đủ cơ sở khoa học, có thể gây nhiễu Hệ thống cũng như khó khăn, vướng mắc cho thí sinh.
Bộ GDĐT rà soát, cân nhắc để hoàn thiện quy trình tuyển sinh, kế hoạch tuyển sinh. Trong đó, có thể xem xét không thực hiện việc xét tuyển sớm như năm 2022 (trừ các trường đặc thù), mà tất cả các phương thức xét tuyển được tổ chức cùng thời điểm với đợt xét tuyển căn cứ kết quả thi tốt nghiệp THPT – tuyển sinh đợt 1, rút ngắn thời gian tuyển sinh đợt 1.
